1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.
If an item is out of stock or delayed, our team will notify you promptly.
2. Delivery Time & Charges
Local Deliveries (Within Pakistan): Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.
International Shipping: If applicable, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Shipping charges depend on your location and order weight. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
Full payment must be made before opening the package as per Pakistan’s COD regulations.
Refusing to accept a COD order without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future purchases.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email/SMS.
You can track your order through our courier partner’s website.
If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are correct when placing an order.
If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect details, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs for reattempted delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier service disruptions.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Customers have the right to return a package only after payment and acknowledgment of delivery.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must notify us immediately after making payment to the courier.
The customer will bear the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

International customers may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by their country.
The recipient is responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance.
Delivery times may vary depending on international shipping regulations.
Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the order after confirmation from the courier service.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.
