Refund & Exchange Policy

At Libaas by Zimal, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to exchange an item, we have a simple and transparent policy to facilitate the process.

1. Return & Exchange Policy

Customers may apply for an exchange within 3 days of receiving their order.
Returns are accepted only after payment and acknowledgment of delivery to the courier company.
The exchange is subject to stock availability at the time of request.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with all original tags attached.
Returns and exchanges will only be entertained if the item is defective or significantly different from what was shown on our website.

2. Return & Exchange Procedure

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Notify Us: Contact us immediately after receiving the order if you wish to exchange an item.
Capture Evidence: Take a clear picture of the defective part of the item.
Repack the Item: Place the item back in its original packaging.
Send Us an Email: Share the picture and details of the issue with us.
Return the Item: We will provide the return address, and you can send it back using your preferred courier.
Processing the Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange within 3 days.

3. Important Notes

Courier Charges: If the item is not defective, the buyer is responsible for the return courier charges.
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds; exchanges are facilitated for eligible returns.
Strict COD Policy: Customers must make full payment before opening the package, as per Pakistan’s COD regulations.
Color & Shade Variations: Due to lighting and display screen differences, slight color variations may occur. Exchanges may be accepted in such cases, but refunds will not be entertained.
